稲刈り＆秋修了生の送別会 Rice Harvesting and Farewell Party

国際交流ひらかわの風の会より、稲刈り＆秋修了生の送別会のお知らせです。
【日時】９月２４日（月）９時～
【場所】山口市吉田（山口大学国際交流会館入り口集合）
【内容】神事の後、稲刈りを行います。稲刈り終了後、平川交流センターに移動します。
１２時～ 昼食会（送別会）
【参加費】留学生：５００円（子ども：３歳以上２００円）
修了生：無料
大学生：６００円
大人：１，０００円
【服装】稲刈りに参加される方は、汚れてもよい格好でお越し下さい。タオルや帽子もご持参ください。

Dear International students,
The harvest time is just around the corner.
The rice you planted in June has been growing nicely and we plan to harvest it on September 24th, Monday.
There will be the Shinto ritual first, then harvesting rice together.
And we are also planning to do a farewell party for our friends who are going back to their countries soon.
The schedule will be as follows.
1. 9:00 am Please come to the entrance of International students dormitory.
*You use a bike (or on foot) and go to the field.
*Rice field is near Itaya apartment same as last year. If you know the place, you can go there directly.
2. Shinto ritual, then we will start harvesting.
3. 12:00 Lunch at the community Center
*Cost: JPY500 for International students (for kids over 3years old JPY200)
*graduates and their family are free
JPY600 for students
JPY1000 for staffs
*Be prepared to work in a rice field, please bring old shoes, wearing work clothes and bringing 2 towels and a hat is advised.
