東京（とうきょう）や　関西（かんさい）　などで、新型（しんがた）コロナウイルス感染症（かんせんしょう）【COVID-19】に　なる　人（ひと）が　たくさん　増（ふ）えて　います。これからも、気（き）を　つけて　ください。

＜皆（みな）さんに　お願（ねが）い　する　こと＞

他（ほか）の　県（けん）に　行（い）く　ときは、山口県（やまぐちけん）と　その県（けん）が　出（だ）している　新型（しんがた）コロナウイルス感染症（かんせんしょう）【COVID-19】の　情報（じょうほう）を　よく　見（み）て　ください。新型（しんがた）コロナウイルス感染症（かんせんしょう）【COVID-19】を　防（ふせ）ぐ　ための　準備（じゅんび）を　していない　お店（みせ）や　場所（ばしょ）には　行（い）かない　ように　して　ください。旅行（りょこう）に　行（い）く　ときや、外（そと）で　食（た）べる　ときも　気（き）をつけて　ください。できれば　山口県（やまぐちけん）で　遊（あそ）んで　ください。

イベントは　５，０００人（にん）より　少（すく）ない　人数（にんずう）に　して　ください。部屋（へや）の　中（なか）で　イベントを　する　ときは、部屋（へや）の　半分（はんぶん）の　人数（にんずう）に　して　ください。人（ひと）と　人（ひと）との　距離（きょり）を　開（あ）けて　ください。他（ほか）の　県（けん）から　たくさん　人（ひと）が　来（く）る　イベントや、１，０００人（にん）より　多（おお）い　イベントを　する　ときは、山口県（やまぐちけん）に　相談（そうだん）して　ください。

Request to the citizens and companies of Yamaguchi Prefecture

July 17th, 2020

　 I would like to thank the citizens and businesses of Yamaguchi for your cooperation in implementing the ‘New Lifestyle Example’ to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus.

　However, the virus still has not been controlled, and there has been increases in the number of cases in larger cities. To mitigate the second and third wave and restore the falling socio-economic activities, we must continue to strictly follow the ‘New Lifestyle Example’.

　We would like to ask for your continued understanding and cooperation in the following measures of the ‘New Lifestyle Example’ that assumes coexistence with the coronavirus to overcome the current crisis.

　As a prefecture, in preparation for the spread of infection, we will make every possible effort to secure a testing and medical care system, stabilize the lives of the citizens of the prefecture, recover the economy of the prefecture, and create a new social system that responds to the ‘New Lifestyle Example’.

【Initiatives we request】

•For travel outside of the prefecture, please check the information given by Yamaguchi as well as the information given by the local government that you will be traveling to. Please make careful considerations and refrain from going to facilities that are of higher risk for infection and facilities that do not properly follow the guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus. If you will be traveling or eating out, please keep in mind the ‘New Travel Etiquette’ and if possible, prioritize traveling within the prefecture.

•When hosting events both indoors and outdoors, please keep the capacity under 5,000. For indoor events, please keep the capacity to half of the possible allowance. For outdoor events, please make sure there is enough space for people to keep their distance. Please contact the prefecture first for events where people will travel from across the nation and events that host over 1,000 people.

•If you have a fever or other symptoms, refrain from traveling across prefectures or participating in events and refrain from going out. We ask that every citizen of the prefecture continues to practice the ‘New Lifestyle Example’ and avoid places with the 3 C’s (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings) and continue to implement basic infection control measures such as wearing masks, social distancing, and hand washing. Also, please actively use the new coronavirus contact confirmation app (COCOA) provided by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

•For businesses, please follow the guidelines placed by each industry and take measures to prevent the spread of the virus, such as remote work, video conferencing, use of transparent partition, and restrict admission when crowded.

关于新型冠状病毒感染症扩大的防止 山口县提出的要求【中文・中国語】

向各位县民及企业各界提出的请求

为了预防新型冠状病毒感染，各位县民及企业各界对实践“新的生活方式”给予了大力协助，在此深表感谢。但是，感染依然没有平息，以东京和关西一带为中心，扩大倾向仍在继续。为了把第二波、第三波的影响控制在最小限度，将急剧低落的社会经济活动恢复到原来的状态，今后决不能掉以轻心，必须彻底坚持“新的生活方式”。

为了克服现在的危机，要在与新型冠状病毒共存的前提之下确立“新的日常”，恳请各位继续对以下措施给予理解和协助。

在防备感染扩大，争取确保检查和医疗提供体制万无一失的同时，本县将对切合“新的生活方式”的新型社会构建竭尽全力。

【恳请采取的措施】

・关于跨县的人员流动，不仅对来自本县的信息，对目的地的自治体所提供的信息等，也请加以确认，请谨慎行动，控制利用感染风险高的设施、以及没有彻底采取基于感染扩大方针等规定的感染防止对策的设施。以观光或饮食为目的的外出请注意“新的旅行礼仪”，请务必优先选择县内。

・关于活动的举办，不论室内或室外都要控制在5000人以下规模，室内举办者必须将参加人数控制在容纳人数的半数以内，在室外请充分确保人与人之间的距离。另外，关于伴有全国范围内的人员流动的活动，或是参加人数超过1000人的活动，在开办活动以前，请预先咨询县厅有关部门。

  ・出现发热等症状的人，请不要参加跨县活动并控制外出。恳请每一位县民继续实践“新的生活方式”，避开“密闭、密集、密切接触”的三密场所，彻底实行以“保持人与人的距离”“佩戴口罩”“勤洗手”等最基本的感染对策。另外，对厚生劳动省提供的新型冠状病毒接触确认APP（COCOA）也请加以积极利用。

・对企业、事业的各位，请根据各行业所制定的预防感染扩大的方针等规定，有效利用在家办公（Telework）、视频会议、透明隔间等方式，并在拥挤时采取进店限制等，彻底实施防止感染扩大的确切对策。

Yêu cầu gửi đến người dân và các doanh nghiệp trong tỉnh

Tôi xin gửi lời cảm ơn chân thành đến sự giúp đỡ hợp tác của mọi người dân và các doanh nghiệp trong việc thực hiện「Lối sống mới」để ngăn chặn sự lây lan của virus chủng mới Covid-19. Tuy nhiên, dịch bệnh vẫn chưa kết thúc, đặc biệt có dấu hiệu gia tăng không ngừng ở khu vực Tokyo và Kansai. Để giảm thiểu tác động của làn sóng dịch Covid-19 lần 2, lần 3, đồng thời khôi phục lại nền kinh tế đang bị ảnh hưởng nặng nề, chúng ta không được chủ quan mà phải tiếp tục thực hiện nghiêm túc「Lối sống mới」.

Để có thể vượt qua khó khăn giai đoạn hiện tại, xây dựng hình thức sinh hoạt mới sống chung với Covid-19, tôi mong nhận được sự hợp tác, nỗ lực của mọi người dân thực hiện theo chỉ đạo dưới đây.

Chúng tôi bảo đảm năng lực xét nghiệm, điều trị để có thể đối phó với tình hình dịch bệnh trong tỉnh. Đồng thời, chúng tôi sẽ nỗ lực hết sức để phục hồi lại cuộc sống sinh hoạt an toàn của người dân và nền kinh tế của tỉnh, xây dựng cơ chế xã hội mới phù hợp với「Lối sống mới」

【Yêu cầu】

・Về vấn đề di chuyển đến các tỉnh khác, ngoài thông tin từ nội tỉnh, hãy kiểm tra thông tin được cung cấp từ các tỉnh dự định sẽ di chuyển. Hãy cẩn trọng, hạn chế sử dụng những nơi có nguy cơ lây nhiễm cao, đồng thời hạn chế di chuyển đến những nơi không thực hiện triệt để các biện pháp phòng ngừa lây nhiễm dựa trên tài liệu hướng dẫn. Đối với việc tham quan du lịch hay ăn uống ở ngoài, hãy lưu ý thực hiện「Quy tắc du lich mới」, nếu có thể thì hãy ưu tiên di chuyển trong nội tỉnh.

・Về vấn đề tổ chức sự kiện, dù sự kiện trong nhà hay ngoài trời, hãy hạn chế số lượng dưới 5000 người. Đối với sự kiện trong nhà, hãy giới hạn một nửa số lượng tham gia. Đối với sự kiện ngoài trời, hãy giữ khoảng cách với người khác. Hơn nữa, đối với những sự kiện liên quan đến việc di chuyển của người tham dự trên toàn quốc, hoặc là những sự kiện có số lượng người tham gia vượt quá 1000 người, trước tiên hãy thảo luận với Chính quyền Tỉnh.

・Đối với những người có triệu chứng như phát sốt, vui lòng không đi ra ngoài, tránh di chuyển ra ngoại tỉnh hay tham gia các sự kiện. Mỗi người dân trong tỉnh hãy tiếp tục duy trì「Lối sống mới」, tránh xa 3 điều sau：tránh nơi không thoáng khí; tránh tụ tập nơi đông người và tránh tiếp xúc gần. Hãy thực hiện những biện pháp phòng tránh cơ bản bắt đầu từ việc「Giữ khoảng cách với người khác」,「Đeo khẩu trang」,「Rửa tay」. Ngoài ra, hãy tích cực sử dụng ứng dụng“COCOA”xác nhận tiếp xúc virus Covid-19 , được cung cấp bởi Bộ Y tế, Lao động, Phúc lợi.

・Đối với các doanh nghiệp, hộ tự kinh doanh, dựa trên tài liệu hướng dẫn phòng ngừa lây nhiễm theo từng ngành nghề kinh doanh, hãy thực hiện triệt để các biện pháp phòng ngừa lây nhiễm như làm việc tại nhà (telework), họp video, thiết lập các màn che trong suốt, hạn chế ra vào những nơi đông người v.v..
