Yamaguchi Prefecture Foreign National Resident Survey

Yamaguchi Prefecture is conducting a survey for foreign residents.

We will randomly select 5,000 people over the age of 18 and send them an envelope. If you receive an envelope, please fill out the survey.

＊The envelope will be delivered around Friday, July 14th.

＊Only the person who received the envelope can answer the survey.

＊Please answer in the language with which you are most comfortable.
