Yamaguchi Multilingual Consultation Center “On-Site Consultation Session”

We will hold an on-site consultation session in Hofu City. There will be both immigration procedures consultation and daily life consultation.
【Date】Sunday, February 15, 2026, 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm
【Place】Training Room 2, Hofu City Chiiki Kyōdō Shien Center (2F RURSUS Hofu, 1-5-1 Sakaemachi, Hofu-shi) Google Map
*5-minute walk from JR Hofu Station
【Immigration Procedures Consultation】
○ You can consult with an immigration officer.
○ You can consult about status of residence, changing your status of residence, applying for permanent residence and bringing your family to Japan, and more.
○ Up to 8 people (30 minutes per person)
○ Reservation is required.
【Daily Life Consultation】
○ You can talk with the consultation center staff about any problems or anything you don’t understand in your daily life.
○ 30 minutes per person
○ Reservation is not required.
【Target】Foreigners living, working, or studying in Yamaguchi Prefecture
【Participation Fee】Free
【Interpretation】Available in 22 languages
(English, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, Indonesian, Thai, Nepali, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Malay, Burmese, Khmer, Mongolian, Sinhala, Hindi, Bengali, and Urdu)
