Yamaguchi Multilingual Consultation Center, a centralized information and consultation center for foreign nationals and their supporters living in Yamaguchi, is now open for assistance through phone or in person.
1 Consultation Days and Hours
◆Plain Japanese: Every Tuesday to Saturday 8:30 am to 5:15 pm
◆Chinese and Tagalog: Every Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
◆English and Vietnamese: Every Wednesday and Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
※Excludes holidays and New Year’s holiday
◎Legal and Resident Status Consultation: Every third Friday 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
※Reservation required
2 Contents of Consultation
(1)Matters concerning the general life of foreign residents such as residence procedures, employment, medical care, welfare, childbirth, child care, child education, etc.
(2) Administrative scrivener consultation (resident status, immigration procedures, etc.)
(3) Legal consultation (divorce, money trouble, employment problems etc.)
