◆Emergency Handbook for Foreign Nationals and Emergency Card

In order to prepare people for when a disaster strikes, Yamaguchi Prefecture has made an “Emergency Handbook” explaining characteristics of natural disasters, evacuation methods, and daily preparations, as well as a helpful “Emergency Card”. Please read over the Emergency Handbook and carry your Emergency Card at all times for when a natural disaster hits. The Emergency Handbook and Emergency Card can be obtained at the International Division of the Yamaguchi Prefectural Government Office, City Offices and Town Halls within the prefecture, each Prefectural Citizen Affairs Bureaus, and the Yamaguchi International Exchange Association.
