A Call for Photo Contest + Exhibition! -Pictures of Yamaguchi Taken by International Residents-

Yamaguchi International Students Exchange Association will be organizing photo contest and exhibition taken by only international people living in the city. By displaying photos of your favorites, we would like to discover how international people think of our living place. So, please submit your favorite photos taken either in Yamaguchi City or in Japan.
In the exhibition, an exchange party will be hosted as well. Let’s have fun and enjoy knowing each other through the photo exhibition as a Yamaguchi resident!

How to enter for the photo contest and exhibition
Contest entry period: December 17－January 17
Eligible Person: International Residents living in or around the Yamaguchi City.
Theme: Any kinds of photos taken in Yamaguchi or in Japan.
How to submit your photos: Both digital data and printed pictures are accepted. Each
person can submit photos up to 3. For each picture, please add a title and comments within 80 words.
Printed pictures: Size from A4 to W4
Digital Data: We recommend you to take pictures by more than 300 million pixels camera. We prefer to receive data on CD-R. (Other data storage is also accepted.)
Write your name, age, gender, address with zip code, phone number and e-mail address.
Indicate whether or not your name can be appeared on the title.
Please note that we will not return any photos to the contestants.

Award: The awards will be given to the winners. Also, all the participants get a prize for participation.
Circular exhibition: The photos will be displayed in the each city venue after the contest.
